Tap into the creative powers of sleep and different types of brain frequency, dreaming and meditation
Align your sleep to your human design patterns and cycles to get nourishing and healing rest every night
And live a life that honours rest and creativity… embracing your Venus era
DreamCatchers was born after a period of intense sleep deprivation…
I had been pulling the same card over, and over, and over again from the Herbal Astrology deck oracle I use for myself and my readings. ‘Dreams’ - Poppy - card 41. ‘Yeah, yeah’ I thought. Not really seeing the message, or rather not really hearing it.
But as my partner continued his mental health spiral and entered the depths of the caves of Hades following an incredibly intense PTSD trigger, I decided to read the book on the card. Something in me this time said ‘just give it a read, see what it says.’
The card was a message not about our dreams as in, our hopes, which was my initial interpretation. It was actually much more focussed than that. It was a message about our dream state and our minds capacity in this state to heal and create without the ‘control centre’ aka brain, getting involved. It was about the power of our sleep, the power of our sleeping dreams, and the cultural significance behind dream healing, or dream weaving as it is sometimes called.
Card 41, or rather, 41 in the iching is a message of renewal and dreaming… and with Pluto just beginning a 250 year cycle IN THAT GATE, the very first gate of the human design mandala, I suddenly started to see a shift forwards with my healing work which had started to become stagnant for me, especially around my sound healing.
“If we can’t think our way our of challenging situations, perhaps we can use our sleep as a form of therapy to surrender our way out of these situations…”and so the very seed was planted. The Sleep Healer was reborn.
This is not an accredited training or a tick box exercise.
It’s an unwinding, an undoing, an unbinding.
Learning a new way of living that embraces receiving.
We’re leaning into our Venus era, together.
And there is no certificate and gold star at the end. We’re self-certificating if you like. We’re reminding OURSELVES that we’re worthy of rest, and the creative remembrance that comes with it.
This school, this course, this journey, is about finding the gold in our sleep and connecting back to our sense of surrender.
Our reminder that we can receive and still be worthy. We don’t need to be doing all the time.
Letting go of control, or needing to control.
Embracing the therapy that our sleep and deep rest can provide for us nightly and through the day.
The healing potential our sleep holds for all of us when we actually use it, rather than fight against it.
And how we can use our sleep state to bring our dreams into 3D reality in waking hours…
It’s… different. Special. Unique. A homecoming rather than a learning. It’s how I work, it’s how I create, and it’s what I believe.
And if you believe that your dreams hold the power to your waking reality, it’s something for you too…
During this remembrance we will learn and integrate
